Celestine is a lightweight, type-safe SVG generation library and domain-specific language (DSL) written in Crystal.

Provides comprehensive support for SVG elements, path manipulation, attributes, color palettes, and SVG filter primitives (including Turbulence and DisplacementMap filters used for water ripple and chromatic aberration effects).
